Grand Assistant: when AI is already working for the hospitality industry in Bulgaria

We are proud to share that a project that we at Digital Agent worked on for a long time, with a lot of dedication and attention to every detail, is now a reality — and is finding a place in the national media.

Grand Assistant is the first AI chat bot for hotel reservations in Bulgaria and is already working in three of the most prestigious hotels in the country — Grand Hotel Therme, Grand Hotel Bansko and Grand Hotel Sveti Vlas.

This is not just another technological solution. This is an example of how artificial intelligence can be applied in a practical, workable, and measurably useful way in a real business environment.

Behind this project are months of intensive work, lots of planning, testing and constant optimization. We built integrations with Clock PMS, we developed AI agents, created customized system prompts for each individual hotel, and went through countless improvements and refinements to arrive at a solution that was not just innovative, but truly effective.

As is often the case with truly important projects, some of the most valuable work was done not only during working hours, but also late at night, sometimes at 2 a.m. That's part of the process when you create something new — attention to every detail, perseverance, and a desire to achieve the best possible result.

The most important thing for us is that Grand Assistant is not a final version, but a beginning. The system is constantly evolving, learning, improving, and becoming more useful for both hotels and their guests.
