3.4. "AI Output / AI Result" – responses, text, images, actions, recommendations or other result generated by AI systems and AI agents within the Services.

4.2. Upon registration, the User undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date data. The User is responsible for all actions performed through his Account.
4.3. The User is obliged to keep his access data (username, password, API keys, etc.) confidential and not to provide them to third parties. In case of suspicion of unauthorized access, the User should immediately notify the Operator.
4.4. The Operator has the right to refuse registration, restrict access or close an Account in case of violation of the General Terms and Conditions, legislation or in case of risk to the security of the Platform.

4.2. Upon registration, the User agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The User is responsible for all actions performed through their Account.
4.3. The User must keep their access details (username, password, API keys, etc.) confidential and not share them with third parties. In case of suspected unauthorized access, the User must immediately notify the Operator.
4.4. The Operator may refuse registration, restrict access, or terminate an Account in case of violation of these Terms, applicable law, or if the Platform's security is at risk.

5.2. It is prohibited to use the Platform and the Services for:
illegal purposes;
sending spam or malicious code;

activities that may damage, overload or disrupt the operation of the Platform.
5.3. The User is fully responsible for all data and User Content that he/she enters or processes through the Services.
5.4. The Operator has the right to limit or terminate access to the Services if it detects violations of the General Terms and Conditions or a security risk, as well as to request additional information from the User.

6.2. The User agrees that:
AI output represents automatically generated content and is not professional advice (e.g. legal, financial, medical);
all decisions made based on AI output are entirely the responsibility of the User;
The user should review, verify, and approve the AI output before use in business processes, customer communications, or public materials.
6.3. Services are not intended for use in high-risk situations (e.g. critical infrastructure, medical diagnostics, safety systems, etc.).

6.2. The User agrees that:
AI Output is automatically generated content and does not constitute professional advice (eg, legal, financial, medical);
any decisions made based on AI Output are entirely the User's responsibility;
the User must review, verify, and approve AI Output before using it in business processes, client communication, or public materials.
6.3. The Services are not intended for use in high-risk situations (eg, critical infrastructure, medical diagnosis, safety systems, etc.).

7.2. All prices are indicated in leva (BGN) or euro (EUR), with or without VAT, according to the information on the site or in the relevant offer/contract.
7.3. Payment can be made by the methods described on the site (card, bank transfer, online payment systems, etc.).
7.4. For subscription services, unless otherwise provided, the subscription is automatically renewed until terminated by the User or the Operator in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.

8.4. Unless otherwise agreed, the User receives rights to use the AI output in its activities, provided that it complies with these General Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

actions or inactions of third parties (including hosting providers, AI models, payment services, etc.);
decisions made by the User based on AI output.
10.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's total liability to the User for all claims related to the Services is limited to the total amount of fees paid by the User for the last 12 months prior to the occurrence of the event.

10.1. The Operator uses reasonable efforts to maintain continuous and secure operation of the Platform but does not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of vulnerabilities.
10.2. The Operator is not liable for:
indirect, consequential, or lost profits;
damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services;
acts or omissions of third parties (including hosting providers, AI model providers, payment processors, etc.);
decisions made by the User based on AI Output.
10.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's total liability to the User for all claims related to the Services is limited to the total amount of fees paid by the User for the Services during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1. The User may at any time terminate the use of the Services and/or close his/her Account, unless a period is agreed upon in an individual contract.
11.2. The Operator may terminate or temporarily restrict the User's access to the Platform in the event of:
violation of the General Terms and Conditions;
unpaid amounts due;
a court or administrative order;
risk to the security or functioning of the Platform.
11.3. Termination does not release the User from the obligation to pay amounts already due.

11.2. The Operator may terminate or temporarily restrict the User's access to the Platform in cases of:
violation of these Terms;
unpaid fees;
court or administrative order;
risk to the security or operation of the Platform.
11.3. Termination does not release the User from the obligation to pay any outstanding amounts.

12.1. The Operator has the right to amend and supplement these General Terms and Conditions. The updated version is published on the site, with the date of the last update being noted at the beginning of the document.
12.2. In the event of significant changes, the Operator may notify Users via email or a notification on the Platform.
12.3. Continued use of the site and the Services after the changes come into effect is considered acceptance of the new General Terms and Conditions.
