Meta and WhatsApp Data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When a business connects its Meta Business Portfolio or WhatsApp Business Account to Digital Agent, we may process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Meta Business Portfolio ID;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>WhatsApp Business Account ID (WABA ID);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>WhatsApp Business Phone Number ID;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>business and display names;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>connected business phone numbers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>phone number quality and status information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>message template information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>message identifiers and statuses;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>delivered, read, failed and other message statuses;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>authorization codes and access tokens;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other Meta Platform Data required to provide the authorized service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Access to such data is obtained only after explicit authorization by the relevant business through Meta&#8217;s official authorization mechanisms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.3. WhatsApp Conversations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When a person communicates with a business using Digital Agent, we may process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>WhatsApp identifier and\/or phone number;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sender name where available;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>message content;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>files and media;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>timestamps;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>delivery and read statuses;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>conversation history and context;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AI-generated summaries or conversation classifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Reservation Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where Digital Agent is used for hotel or other reservations, the following may be processed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>name;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>phone number;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>email;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>requested dates;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>number of guests;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>children&#8217;s ages where required to provide a quotation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>selected room or service;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>preferences;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reservation number and status;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other information voluntarily provided during the conversation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Use of Artificial Intelligence<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Digital Agent uses AI technologies to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>understand customer enquiries;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>generate responses;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>extract and structure information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>summarize conversations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>classify customer intent;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>assist with reservation processes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>perform automated follow-up actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where necessary, parts of communications may be processed by AI and cloud service providers subject to appropriate technical and contractual safeguards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Digital Agent does not sell personal data or Meta Platform Data to advertisers or other third parties.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Meta and WhatsApp<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When a business connects its WhatsApp Business Account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the business completes Meta&#8217;s official authorization process;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the business selects and authorizes the business assets Digital Agent may access;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital Agent uses that access solely to provide the authorized service;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the business may revoke access.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meta Platform Data and WhatsApp data are used only to provide, maintain, secure and improve the functionality authorized by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Meta\/WhatsApp Deauthorization<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a business removes or deauthorizes Digital Agent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>active access tokens are revoked or deleted;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the active WABA connection is disabled;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>active WABA ID and Phone Number ID mappings are removed where no longer required;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>messages are no longer routed through the disconnected integration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Limited audit information may be retained where necessary for security, accountability or legal obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Sharing of Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data may be processed by service providers required to operate Digital Agent, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Meta Platforms \/ WhatsApp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cloud infrastructure providers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AI technology providers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>communication service providers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>hosting, database and monitoring providers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CRM and PMS systems selected by the customer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>professional advisers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>competent public authorities where legally required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We limit disclosure to information necessary for the relevant purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11.
