What is he doing?

Automatically pulls contacts from Apollo (or CRM/ERP/CSV), enriches them with LinkedIn Scraper (Apify), analyzes profiles with GPT-5, and creates personalized email messages with “icebreaker.” Then adds everything to Instantly — ready to be sent automatically.
Data Pull → Google Sheets
Contacts and companies are extracted from Apollo or CRM and automatically imported into Google Sheet (in the demo: apollo-contacts-export).
Enrichment (Scrape) → Apify
The system uses Apify LinkedIn Scraper to grab public data – position, company, profile link, and other relevant information.
Analysis and extraction of key fields
LLM analyzes and normalizes company names, extracts email, phone, LinkedIn profile, and generates a personalized “icebreaker” sentence.
Checks and formatting
Emails are validated, duplicates are removed, and custom variables (custom_company_name, icebreaker) are prepared for Instantly.
Automatically add to Instantly
Through the API, each contact is added as a lead with email, name, company, and personalized message — ready for an automated email campaign.
Log and status in Sheets
After each submission, the status (successful/error) and the lead ID are recorded back in Instantly, for full traceability.
