What is he doing?

CHAT mode (default)
Asks up to 3 targeted questions (product, quantity, company details) and uses Google Sheets inventory and pricing tools.
OFFER mode
When it has the required data (customer + at least 1 product with name/qty/unitPrice), it returns only valid JSON of the offer (without additional text) and sends an email to the customer.
Checks and bills
Calculates subtotals, VAT, total; validates availability/price; adds warnings for missing values.
Recording
Saves to Google Sheets.

How to test?

  • Say: "I am looking for an office chair, 12 pcs. Give available models."„
  • Then: "Company X, person Ivan Petrov, email ivan@…, phone ..."„
  • Select a product → the agent will check price/availability and, if the fields are complete, will return only a JSON quote and send it by email.

What does the answer look like:

  • In CHAT: short human messages with suggestions (up to 3 items with price and availability guidelines).
  • In OFFER: one valid JSON according to a preliminary structure (supplier/customer configuration, products, calculations, HTML email).

Behavior and Integrations:

  • Writes concisely, professionally, and directly; does not display raw JSON in CHAT.
  • Tools: Google Sheets (search/prices/availability), Calculator (amounts/VAT), Gmail (send quote), Webhook (website/CRM integration), Simple Memory (conversation context).
