What is he doing?
This automated Follow-Up agent tracks communication with customers or prospects and automatically sends a series of reminder emails at set intervals. If the customer responds or has a calendar appointment – automatically stops follow-up messages.

How does it work?
Schedule Trigger
Activated daily or weekly to check the customer list in Google Sheets.
Get rows in Google Sheets
Extracts the emails and data of customers who need to receive a follow-up message.
Gmail - Send an initial email
The agent sends the first email in the series (for example, an offer, invitation, or reminder).
Wait Nodes
The workflow waits for a preset period – for example, 3 days – before checking for a response.
Gmail - Check for response
The system checks the inbox for emails from the same contact.
Google Calendar – Check for an appointment
If the customer has scheduled an appointment (or has an event associated with it), the agent marks the communication as closed and stops further emails.
If no response → Send another follow-up

Conditional logic (If / Switch nodes)
