What is he doing?

This one AI automated workflow creates and sends invoices via Stripe, directly from data in Google Sheets. Every time a record is added or updated in the table, the agent automatically creates Stripe product, price, payment link, updates the information in Sheets and sends an email to the customer.

How does it work?

Google Sheets Trigger
Detects a change (new or updated order/invoice) in Google Sheet with data such as: Order ID, Client Name, Email, Description, Amount, Currency.
Stripe integrations
  • Create Stripe Product – creates a product or service in Stripe.
  • Create Stripe Price – adds price, currency, and payment terms.
  • Create Stripe Payment Link – generates a payment link that can be shared with the customer.
Filter Node
Checks whether the record should be processed (for example, only new or unpaid invoices).
Google Drive (optional)
Creates and stores a copy of the invoice (PDF/text file) for archiving.
Google Sheets Update
Updates the row in the table – adds Invoice Link, Stripe Payment Link, and Last Updated.
Gmail Automation
Sends an email to the customer with a link to the payment and invoice details. The template can be customized with the name, amount, and link.
