What is he doing?

The AI agent accepts and performs voice calls, generates realistic human voice through ElevenLabs, analyzes conversations with GPT-5, and writes the results back to CRM or Google Sheets. Suitable for clinics, service centers, reservations and presales teams.

Outbound Calls

Customer data is pulled from Airtable (or CRM / Google Sheets) and a signal is sent to Twilio, which dials the number. The agent's voice is generated with ElevenLabs TTS - natural, personalized by gender and tone.

Post Call Analysis

After the call ends, the agent analyzes transcript:

extracts the client's theme, outcome, and emotion;
adds note and status (e.g. "meeting confirmed", "requires follow-up call");
writes everything down CRM / Google Sheets.

Inbound Calls

When a customer calls, the system receives the call via Twilio Webhook and routes it to the AI agent (GPT-5), which conducts a real-time dialogue.

Schedule and follow-up

If the customer wants a meeting or confirmation, the AI automatically creates an event (calendar entry or email notification).
